here are some words that are impolite to use that you may not know are impolite:
- midget/dwarf
- gypsy
- “gypped” (derived from gypsy)
- crippled
- retarded
- “ghetto” in reference to things that are shoddy/bad/unseemly
it’s okay if you didn’t know these words are rude but if you are reminded, or if someone tells you, all you have to do is try not to use these words in the future

the worst feeling about trying to draw is being a mediocre artist. You realize you’re not terrible and family and friends who have can’t draw at all tell you all the time how amazing you are, but you, as the artist, have seen what amazing really is and you realize that it isn’t you.
